I am looking for a way that i can have PA Server Monitor generate the server status report, for all servers and place it in a folder instead of emailing. Also is there a way to generate one report in PDF that would show the pie chart and graph off all my monitored servers on one report.

Okay at this time don't have the option to put all of the Server Summary report into one report. Also if that option existed the report would be very long even for just a few servers. I thinking that wouldn't be something that a manger would want to look through.

So if you had to put together a summary report for Disk Space Information how would you display the results for lots of servers (few hundred to a thousand or more) so that a manager would be able to quickly find what they are looking for on the report? We are working on an Executive Summary report that may work for you. Maybe your input will be something that we can add.

Thanks
Quinn

I have the Dynamic table one works but looking for something a little more visual like the pie charts and the status report from above. I also looked at the Disk Space Summary with the display type set to Chart:Bar but you cant tell one drive from the other and it does not show the percentages.

same to me, the diskspace jpg in the post 15/7/2014 is what I need, but with GB in stead of % :)

Thanks MTE

When you click on each server that is being monitored, you get a screen that shows, system details, system info, ect

What i am looking for is to get these status reports for all servers in one report and then emailed and/or placed into specified directory. I am also looking to take from the status report the graph and pie chart for the drives that are being monitored across all servers also into one report that is email and/or placed in a specified folder.

I currently have a solution provider that supplies a similar report for a monthly fee. This report is only once a week and does no real time monitor or alerting, With PA server monitor I am monitoring for the low disk space but am also looking to still provide my boss with better reports than what we have gotten in the past here is an example of what we are getting.
