Recently some directories were inadvertently moved, which is one of the actions that we monitor. No email notifications were received, so I checked the server. As it turns out, PA File Sight Lite was not running.

How do we ensure that the service is always started when the server is booted, and that it always stays running?

Thanks, Kevin

Hi Kevin,

PA File Sight runs as a service, so in Services on your server you should make sure that the PA File Sight service is set to Automatic start up.

You can also set a password to open the console for the PA File Sight. Then on the Settings page at the bottom there is a settings that service can't be stopped that you can set.

Thanks
Quinn
