I found that copying monitors from one server to another does not remove the pre-existing one and also copies over IE> Drives that do not exist on target servers from source server. I would like to create a generic template for Drive monitoring that can apply to all servers but is smart enough to know to NOT monitor those drives that do not exist.

Hi

If you look at the Disk space monitor there are some settings towards the bottom of the monitor that allow you to set how the monitor would act. Please open one of your monitors to view those options. Disk Space Monitor

Also if you are copying monitors by right clicking on them and selecting the copy option you will get a copy of the monitor just as it is. I would suggest that you use the Bulk Config options to copy monitors. This will give you the ability to smartly copy or copy as is.

Thanks
Quinn
