Dear Support I am trying to set an action on my web page monitors When I choose "fire actions when a problem is first detected....." I can set multipe actions. I have set, do immediately "send mail" and send mail after X minutes When i change the X to 15 , I cannot save my adjustment. The actions will return back to default. Does anybody knows a solution for this problem? Thanks in advance! |

Hi Stephan, When add an action to "Do Immediately", the action is only for that node of the notification tree. If you then change x to 15 minutes you also need to add an action to that node. So with the 15 min node selected, select another action (or the same action) and move it over under the 15 min node. If you don't save your changes, or you navigate away, or you don't add an action to each node; you changes will not be saved.
