Hello, I want to configure a process monitor but it cannot connect to the Server. I get the following error: failed to send WMI request to PAHelper. Service log file has more details WMI Response: ERR0: [MSG=Failed to send WMI request to PAHelper. Service log file has more details] In the log file there is there same message. Mike, Please look in the service log file to find the information that the error is referring to. Hi Mike, It could be that the PAHelper is not running and the service thinks that it is or it may be in a bad state. Please look to see if PAHelper is running in your Task Manager. If you do not see it running try re-starting the service from the PA Server Monitor console. If the you see PAHelper in the task manager kill the process and let PA Server Monitor service bring it back up.
