Need help restoring older verision.

i need help retsoring my old system 4.20.068 i updated it to the newer version 5.2.2.112 now it says i only have a 30 day trial. when i try to go back to my older version, i get failed to login Reason: Cannot connect to the monitoring service. can any one help with this issue?
