Set the "process count is" to > 10. This will watch for the count to go below 10 and then fire the actions assigned to the monitor. I have a similar situation but on a RDS server therefore the number of processes fluctuates according to the number of users logged on. Is there any way to monitor the process to send an alert when the number of processes doesn’t match the number of logged on users? Thanks in advance, Brett answered 14 Aug '15, 01:37 CorpTech |
Hi Brett, The Process monitor does not have the ability to compare the number of processes to the number of users logged in. For this I would suggest that you use the Execute Script Monitor to watch both counts and then you can fire actions as needed. You can write the scripts in a few different languages but you will need to how to do write them.
