I added a windows 10 pro machine to monitoring and it essentially ground the Central Monitoring server to a halt. I had to remove it from monitoring in order to regain operations of the PASM Admin console.

Hi Shahlam,

It's hard to believe that just adding a server to be monitored would bring PA Server Monitor to a halt. We have a few Windows 10 test machines here and have not seen any issues. Would you please send us your log files for the time that the server was being monitored so we can see what issues were happening? If the server was monitored by a satellite please send the satellite service log file, if by the central service please send the service log file. Zip up and send the log file and the name of the server to support@poweradmin.com

Thanks
Quinn
