System Error Detected: Database error

Hi, Since upgrading to version 9.0.1 we get the following problem:

sqlite_step failed with 19 (UNIQUE constraint failed: TableSchemaTracker.TableName ExtErr=2067) for SQL=[begin immediate;

INSERT INTO TableSchemaTracker (TableName, SchemaVersion) VALUES ('FSRCWarnings', 3);
end;]. Involves: C:Program FilesPA File SightDatabasesFile Sight-ReadCheck.db
