We are running PA Server Monitor Pro 4.2 in our environment and we notice that sometimes the passive node of a cluster sends performance alerts while the node is obviously idle. Do you support windows failover cluster ?

The app isn't failover aware. But you can go to the performance monitor sending those alerts to Advanced Options to the Status Tab. Uncheck the "Also fire any notification actions...". Finally, go to Settings -> System Alerts to the option "Monitor failed to run or can't monitor resource" and uncheck any actions.

With those two changes, there won't be alerts if monitor fails on an idle node.
