Hello, I have half of my performance monitors that used to be in "busy" mode for a while without reporting their result. Any idea how I can troubleshoot that ? Regards. Sylvian asked 04 Jun '13, 10:59 sylbae |
Sylvian, This may take a little more than just a few questions. Do you have time later to do a remote session so that I can see your settings? Thanks answered 04 Jun '13, 11:27 Quinn ♦♦ thanks for your offer. Unfortunately (for technical reason), I can't do a remote session at this time. Is there any logfile I could check and share with you ?

Yes, please zip up and send me the log files in the ..PA Server MonitorLogs directory. Also, please send me screen shots of you setting for one of the monitors that is in that state. support@poweradmin.com How often do you have the performance monitors scheduled to run? Thanks

I had the same issue but it was solved but you sending me a SQL command to create a new index in the database. This speeded up the system as a total. Quinn please look at support request 166542 if this may be the same issue. answered 23 Jul '13, 04:56 micke Hi Micke, The SQL command that you are referring to has been added to the latest version of the product and if Sylvian is using a recent version he should be receiving the benefit of that change. Micke thank you for helping us find that bug! Thanks Please make sure to mark your questions accepted when you have your answer by clicking the gray check mark to the left of the answer.
