We would like to send the server status report to our customers once a month just so they can see we're on top of things. Is that possible with PA Server Monitor?

You can right-click on the server and choose Report & Delivery Settings -> Delivery Settings. You can also right-click a group to send group reports. Both options let you choose the sending schedule.
