How do I show (or group) the email alerts to reveal everyone getting the alert? For instance if I have an alert send out emails to 3 separate people they will not know that 3 people received the alert. If there was an option to group forcing the alert email to add "CC: names" it would expose everyone that received the alert.

Tad, you can add multiple email addresses (comma separate them) for sending alerts to the same addresses. All of the addresses will appear for all recipients. Documentation: Action_EMail.aspx
