Dear Support,

1) I have succesfully made a connection with an Iphone to the PA Server. I can choose the Iphone from the actions pane. But when I select sent test message. I don't receive any. The role for all users is Admin. After I have logged on to the PA Server I can see all reports etc....

2) Colleagues that use an Android phone can make connection with their credentials. But I can't see them in the actions pane. I only see the Iphone. What am i doing wrong? When they are connected they can see all the reports etc... but i want to sent them also an alert message.

Hi

1) On your phone go to Settings -> Notifications and scroll down until you will see PA Server Monitor log. Select it and make sure that you have Notification Center turned ON and then you can make any other changes you need.

2) The Android phone does not have the pop-up message like the iPhone does. They will need to use Text message or Emails as alerts.
