Getting error "#### sqlite_exec failed with 11 (database disk image is malformed ExtErr=11) for SQL=[begin immediate"

ERROR: SQL_PRIMARY = C:Program Files (x86)PA Server MonitorConfigConfiguration.db

I've restarted the service and the didn't seem to help.
