New stack does not appear

Hi all,

We have a new switch added (stacked) but the new ports doesn't appear automatically in PA Server Monitor. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? What is the easiest way to add the new switches wo are stacked to an existing switch?

What monitor are you using to monitor the switch? Is it an SNMP or the Bandwidth monitor.

Hi i_kocak,

In the latest v6 build you are able to turn on a new Bandwidth monitor that we have coming out in version 7. It will have the features that you are asking for. To switch it on install the latest version. Then add a DWARD registry value called "xBandwidthMonitor" and set the value to 1. Restart the service and the console. Then you can right click on the server you want to add the new Bandwidth monitor to.

Registry Location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\PowerAdminServerMonitor
