Lost access to old satellite server, and now have DB error

Hi Support,

WE had a remote satellite server but recently lost access to it, the following error appeared at the top of the screen,

System Error Detected: Database error [at ] #### sqlite_exec failed with 11 (database disk image is malformed ExtErr=11) for SQL=[begin immediate;INSERT OR REPLACE INTO MonitorParams (ID, Data) VALUES (5197, '<?xml version="1.0"?><checksum value="1048007991"> <obj-monitor2 ver="3"><m_monitorid t="DWORD">5197</m_monitorid><m_internalparam1 t="string">Application Experience AeLookupSvc Application Layer Gateway Service ALG Application Host Helper Service AppHostSvc Application Identity AppIDSvc Application Information Appinfo Application Management AppMgmt App Readiness AppReadiness AppX Deployment Service (AppXSVC) AppXSvc[Trimmed]]. I have since removed the old satellite but the error still persists, any idea how to resolve it?

Hi

The satellite is what sends that message to the central service to alert on and if you have removed that satellite from your central service then the satellite shouldn't be communicating with the central service. If you restart your central service that should clear the current error message. Allow the service to run for a few minutes after to see if the error returns.
