File Sight licenses

Hello,

According to PA File Sight Pricing for Ultra edition each monitoring server requires a license. We are planning to have one centralized server for monitoring purposes, so if we install PA File sight on this server and connect File Server as a Setellite to monitor network shares do we need 2 licenses or only 1 ? In fact only File Server will be monitored but via Central server. Thanks in advance for the answer

Hi

If you are only going to monitor the one remote server then you will only need 1 license. If you plan to monitor the server where you have your central service running and the remote server you will then need 2 licenses. Hope this helps but if you have any questions just let us know.
