PA Monitor - Unable to login remotely

Unable to remotely login to PA Server Monitor remotely. No issues when logging in locally. "Failed to login. Reason: Error processing login. See Central Service log file."

Did you look in your Central Service Log file and what was the details it gave you?

service account pw changed but remote setting pw wasn't updated.
