Strange alert

Question

I have got this email. This is awkward because we never have used pager. I have checked this monitor, and pager is not configured in alert section. Also, I have seen in This System Alert's delivery can be configured in Settings -> System Alerts, but there is not Pager alert in it.

Hi hajose -

I assume the servers referenced are in the installation, correct? And you just have one installation (this one is on PRODAPP086)?

My only guess is a pager action was setup temporarily.

You could look in the service log (C:\Program Files\PA Server Monitor\Logs\PA Server Monitor_Service_Log.txt) for that failed to send message to see if there are more hints. Actually, the log will have rotated by now, so look in the C:\Program Files\PA Server Monitor\Logs\Archive folder for the Service log from the 29th.
