Failed to retrieve system details on Domain controllers

Hi,

we have couple Domain Controllers, and every has a WMI problem in PA Server Monitor. The error is:

Inventory Collector

Probe methods: WMI, System Details program Failed to retrieve system details via the System Details probe: Script took too long -​ timed out [from target]

I have checked the servic monitor log file, and I found this entry (which is not too verbose):

Line 160111: 02-05-2015, 12:11:22.239, TID:02472, PID:01440, Finished monitor XXXXDC01"Inventory Collector". Status=Alert, (MID 2624, CID 371)

What should I do to repair this?

Would you please zip up and send the log files to us to review? By default they are located in the install directory in the folder called Logs. Please send it to support@poweramdin.com

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the product. If you still are receiving errors then we need to review your service log file. Please send the log file to support@poweramdin.com
