I am having false positive. Any way to fix this?

Can you describe the false positive that you are seeing? So far we've never seen a case where PA File Sight wasn't completely correct (which is another way of saying that there is a lot of file I/O that goes on under the covers that you might not expect).
If you ever want to see it in real-time, Microsoft's ProcMon is a nice app -- it will surprise you.
