Is it possible to monitor a group of services to make sure they are not running? We set the following services to disabled and they need to remain that way. I need to be alerted if someone starts these services.

- FTP Publishing Service
- Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
- Messenger
- NetMeeting Remote Desktop Sharing
- Routing and Remote Access
- Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP)
- SNMP Service
- SNMP Trap
- Telnet
- Windows Firewall
- Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
- World Wide Web Publishing Service
The issue I'm experiencing is this. I need them monitored as a group, so I set up the monitor and inverted the monitor status. I assumed (incorrectly) that if one service were activated, the monitor would fire an alert. How can I accomplish this goal?
