Configurering SQL Logging - service is not known to be running

Hi

I'm trying to configure PA Server Monitor to log it's data to SQL Server, but when I try to configure and test connection - I get an error message stating that the service is not known to be running.

Exact Error Message: "Failed to send the request to the service. Error Details: [ service not know to be running]"

Please try the test login one more time and then zip up and send use your log files. support@poweradmin.com
