My server running Power Admin crashed and I had to setup all new hardware. Now when I try and add my license on the new server I get the message "Not a valid license for this product The installed product is version 5 and the license is for Version 4"
I am using server monitor ultra and I have a subscription license.
How can I get the software working again
Hi Joe,
It appear that your license has been upgraded to version 5, most likely when you upgrade your product on the server that creashed. I will send you a link to download your license.
