Tricky Dynamic Server List

Hi there is a new nice featuere called dynamic server list you will find under GLOBAL MONITORS, unfortunatly with the PA Version 6.2.0.51 the string function is tricky.

A combination of:

OS:Name contain "2003" AND contain in group = "GROUP-MSM" shows ALL Server in Group MSM.

But contain in group = "GROUP-MSM" AND OS:Name contain "2003" worked!

This only occures with STRING Fields, not with clear selctions like "Has Windows Service" etc.

An other small problem, there is a possibility to copy dynamic lists but no option to paste them :)

I have run some tests on your scenario and have not run into any issues. Would you please send us some screenshots of your settings and the results that you have to support@poweradmin.com?

With Version 6.2.0.55 it´s OK.

Another nessesary information:

If you try to use FIElDs like OS.NAME or other DETAILS based Datafieds, you have to run Inventory Collector on your server first :)

No inventory collection - no data.

Same with services, you have to run SERVICE MONITOR first.
