Server Monitor won't execute after update

My central server was updated to the latest stable version (6.2) and I am now getting an error when the service attempts to start: "The procedure entry point SetThreadStackGuarantee could not be located in dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll".

Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

Hi John,

What OS are you running PA Server Monitor on? If your OS is 2003 then you need to have at least Service Pack 1 installed.

This issue occurs with 32-bit OSs. We are looking to see if there is something that we can do for this older OS.

I'm planning on migrating it in the next month to a new server, but I really need to get it back up and running asap.

Sorry for the delay in getting a new build for you but we are working out some issues on another issue with Microsoft and their DLLs. As soon as I hear that we have the build ready for you I'll let you know.
