hi, i get this error message when wanted to generate a report, please help, thanks.

CAN'T CONNECT: Failed to re-open database file C:Program Files (x86)PA File SightDatabasesFile Sight2.db. SQLite reported 5 (database is locked ExtErr=5)

Hi Khoa,

Database locking errors are usually caused by some other application accessing a database file at just the wrong moment. Usually it is an anti-virus or backup app doing it. We recommend having those applications ignore the following folders:

C:Program Files (x86)PA File Sight

Databases
Config
Reports
Logs

We discovered a big source of those locking errors recently. Upgrade to version 6.5 (or newer) and those errors should go away.
