Global SNMP Settings not sticking

Question

When monitoring linux servers with SNMP monitors and disk space monitors, the global snmp settings will not save. I want to set it to use TCP so the disk space monitor will also use TCP, but the global setting reverts to UDP. We are on v8.1.0.11
