On occasion I see Unknown/Deleted systems in the Servers Tree and I have not deleted these items. Is there a way to tell when items are deleted or what they were? |

Hi skahlam, Those Unknown/Deleted items are either servers/devices, monitors, or actions that have been delete or for some reason they have become unidentifiable by the service. Because those items are in that state there isn't anything that will be able to tell you when they changed states. The only thing that you can do at that time is to delete the item.
