PA Storage Monitor - how can I monitor and report what user on the system is deleting or moving a directory or subdirectory

We have the PPA Storage Monitor installed on a Windows 2K8 server and recently have complaints that someone on the system is accidentally moving directories or deleting them. How can the storage monitor be used to capture who is doing this on the system.
I have been advised that we do not want to restrict the user access in the server but if I could identify how is doing this, it can be escalated to their manager.
