Is there a global setting to have all service monitors ignore the GoogleUpdater* services. |

Hi sandve You can manually add a service named GoogleUpdate* to the service monitor, and then add that to the Ignored list. If you are using templates, it's easy to make this change to the template, and then the change will propagate to all of the monitors. If you're not using templates, you can use Bulk Config's "Monitors: Set Monitor Parameters" operation to make the change, and then apply the change delta to a bunch of service monitors at once. I recommend doing it to a few monitors first to confirm you get the change you want, and then do it again to all of your target monitors. I resolved it by deleting "GoogleUpdate" folder in Google folder in Program Files. I don't see option to delete this thread, so if there is ..."Settings". Scroll down to the "Advanced" section. Under "Privacy and security", click on "Updates". Uncheck the box next to "Automatically update Google Chrome" Core Ball .Description. Keeps your Google software up to date. If this service is disabled or stopped, your Google software will not be kept up to date, meaning security vulnerabilities that may arise cannot be fixed and features may not work. This service uninstalls itself when there is no Google software using it. |
