When trying to launch an application in system context with PAExec on a Swedish Windows 7 it fails.

I found the sourcecode for 1.24 PAexec on github, and it seems it's hardcoded to use NT AUTHORITY as context. This name is localized. In Swedish its called "NT Instans" instead of NT AUTHORITY. - I'm sure there will be issues with other languages as well.

sadly i'm not enough of a code monkey to fix it my self.

Is this the correct forum
