Morning,

Just a quick question, is it possible to customize the network map at all as I would like to have it projected on to our monitoring wall but its current layout makes it impossible.

Cheers Dan

Dan,

The service controls where the nodes are place on the report. I'm not sure what changes could be made but if you would like you could seed us an email with what you believe would make the report better. Maybe a mockup would be good so that you could kind of show us your thoughts. Please send those to support@poweradmin.com

Thanks
Quinn

Hi Dan,

Sorry, the Network Map doesn't have any configurable settings. You say you are trying to project the report onto a wall, have you tried using your web browser to do this?

URL to use: https://[computername]:[port number]

Thanks
Quinn

Hi Quinn,

I am using the web browser for it but the positioning of the map objects is seemingly random and makes it very hard to see on the wall

Quinn,

All I really want to be able to do is move the objects around so I can arrange them in a manner that will fit on the projected screen and maintain the ability to read what they say.

I would assume that will need to be something that would happen with a major release?

Regards Daniel

Dan,

You may want to try using the Visual Status Map it's very customizable.

Thanks
Quinn
