I am running Pa File Sight Pro 3.9.1.95 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit, I am able to see activity and my monitors apear to be working, when I try to generate any kind of report I get "No data is available for the specified reporting parameters.

I have tried running the service as local and as a domain admin with no results. Is there anything that I am missing that I need to adjust with this version on Windows server 2008 R2 64bit?

Hi Wcowger,

There could be a few reasons that could be causing this issue. The first is to make sure that the monitor is collecting the needed information. Please check to make sure that the monitor is gathering the same file information that you are trying to run the report for. For example if you are running a report for files that are renamed, then make sure that your monitor has that option selected in the File Activities tab of the monitor.

Thanks
Quinn
