Hi, I am just new to Server Manager and have only just started testing the free version. I have setup the server with a Event Log monitor. If I go to PA Server Manager and look at the server I can see Recent Alerts and there are events in there listed. On the right hand side of this window I have selected the Action and put in my email. I have setup the email functions and tested they work. But I do not get an email listing those Recent Alerts that I can see in the PA Server Manager. When a report is emailed, it is sent as a PDF attachment. IE 10 broke our previous PDF generator, so we've recently upgraded to a better one. I'd recommend upgrading your PA Server Monitor installation and see if you start getting those reports. answered 21 Jun '13, 14:25 Doug ♦♦ |
