Hi

Comming from another product (GFI Network Server Monitor) I have been used to Users and Groups - where PA Server Admin uses "Actions".

I'm missing the posibillity to Group actions - so that I wouldn't have to add every single action to all monitors.

Fx I could have 3 actions in a Group of actions:

Send e-mail to xxx@xx.xx

Send SMS to 987654321

Write to logfile

Then I would only have to add this single Group to my monitors - and not like now - all 3 actions.

Another approach could be to introduce the "Users and Groups" concept. Then I could create users with properties like e-mail address, Mobile phone number, Pager number etc. Then grouping theese into fx "Web server admins", "DB Server admins" - letting me add alerting-actions to users and/or Groups.

Thanks KStolten
