FYI: all three websites are equal in content and links Search Engine optimization is dependant upon many things. Including your web site's popularity with other sites. What I mean is, how many people link to you.

if everyone links to apples.com, then apples.com would be more popular. This is an attempt by the search engines to make sure that people see the popular item for a given search.

Another way they do this is by counting how many times your url is clicked.
