PA File Site V 5.4.0.128 Scheduled monthly reports ran this month but we received a empty txt file instead of the usual PDF. I have selected the option to save a PDF copy of the report to the server but no pdf was created this month.

PA Server Monitor V5.6.0.163 sent out the usual reports this month with the pdf attached.

No changes to this server except normal MS patches.

The upgrade worked but was still sending unreadable image in the body of the email . As per Doug's suggestion;

File Site reports HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINEsoftwareWow6432NodePAFileSight

HTMLEmail_NoImage = 1

The next email body no longer showed the image.

Thanks

Hi techgal64,

If you still have the log files for the date the report was to run we could look to see what happened and what caused the not to run. We'll need to know the name of the report and the date/time that it was to run. Please zip up the log files and send them to support@poweradmin.com

Thanks
Quinn

The PDF converter has been upgraded twice since that 5.4 build, and the system was enhanced to support simultaneous PDF creation back in 5.5. So upgrading is the solution in this case.

6.2 is available here:
www.poweradmin.com/products/server-monitoring/downloads/preview/

or 6.1 at:
www.poweradmin.com/products/server-monitoring/downloads/

Thanks
Quinn
