I keep getting the following error on the log running on Windows Server 2008

Hi JWood,

The event error message that you are receiving is an event that is being recorded in the event log on your server. You may want to research the error to find out if there is an issue that you need to correct. If you don't need to correct any issues and the event continues to occur you can add a filter to your Event Log Monitor to not alert you when this event occurs. Hope this helps.
