Create a Disk Space monitor to watch the disks in question. The Disk Space -> Disk Space Summary report has a column that can be shown which is the estimated full date based on current trends. Some disks won't have a date since they're not currently trending up.

The line chart also has a setting to show trends on the disk space report.
