We are just trialing PA Server Monitor Pro and have a few issues with emailing reports

1) The main server reports do not get sent out. The went the first time I set it up but stopped almost immediately. The email setup looks okay as does the schedule. I do get email alerts okay.

2) IS there any way to send different reports to different recipients - it would be useful for us to be able to send a client the summary report whilst we get the full one

many thanks

Howard

Hi Howard,

Thank you for trying PA Server Monitor!

1) Please send me screenshots of the setting and schedule for the one server reports that you are trying to send by email. You can send the email to our support@poweradmin.com address and I'll try to see if there is something in the setup that needs changed.

2) You can send the server summary report to as many folks as you need. You will need to setup Email Actions for those that you want to send reports to and then attach each email action tot he reports that need to go to them.

Thanks
Quinn
