Morning,

I am trying to find where the default email action message body is stored so I can change it but I am having trouble locating it.

Can you point me in the right direction?

Regards Dan

Hi Dan,

All action are stored in the "All Actions" section which you will see listed on the left side of the console. You will need to expand the Configured Actions section to view the actions that you have configured.

Thanks

Quinn,

I know how to edit the action, thats not the issue, I would like to edit the default text that appears for an email action so that the default is always what I set it to for any email action I create

Dan,

If you go to your actions and then select email action you want to edit. Select the "Message" button on the right. A menu will appear and in there you can change the text for that email (subject and body).

If you need to change the text for all of your email actions, you will need to edit the text for each email action separately. Sorry there is no template to make that kind of change.

Thanks
Quinn

Is there no way to access the location of the original message content?
