I am running PA Server Monitor 5.7 on a Server 2008/Windows 7 domain. When I generate an ad hoc report for the event log monitor everything generates fine with the exception of the user column which has N/A. Is there a way or something I must do to get the user column to populate? asked 14 Jan '16, 12:12 darkknight79 |
Hi darkknight79, That information is only available if the user accessing the network is using Windows Vista (or Windows 7/2008 R2) or newer. If they are using XP or Windows 2003, Windows does not have the information. And the server also must be Windows 2008 R2 or newer.
