I am running PA Server Monitor 5.7 on a Server 2008/Windows 7 domain. When I generate an ad hoc report for the event log monitor everything generates fine with the exception of the user column which has N/A. Is there a way or something I must do to get the user column to populate?

Hi darkknight79,

That information is only available if the user accessing the network is using Windows Vista (or Windows 7/2008 R2) or newer. If they are using XP or Windows 2003, Windows does not have the information. And the server also must be Windows 2008 R2 or newer.

Thanks
Quinn
