Smart (Auto) Configuration not working

Hello, Last few months we are unable to use Auto Configuration, even on adding new device to monitor. This feature is very useful for us, so we would appreciate your help solving this problem. Currently I need to at 70 new devices, but Auto Configuration is not working. I already wrote on support email, but due to time difference we were not able to work this out in last few days. here are some more details: we are using Server Monitor Ultra, latest version 7.0.2.39. Until now, we’ve used method adding individual computers, as described at this link https://www.poweradmin.com/help/pa-server-monitor-7-0/config_adding_computers.aspx While adding new computer they are added as devices in PA (etc. windows credentials passed, everithing ok), but with no monitors. Only way we can add new monitors is manually, one by one.

Again, device is added to PA but monitors are not showing. It usually take au to 2,3 minutes to show up, but I have waited 2 days... (Block auto configuration is NOT enabled)
