Feature Request: SNAP Tunnel management API

Please add support for satellite 'snap' tunnel management using an API. Specifically, the ability to start, stop and monitor currently active snap tunnels is requested. For audit purposes a method for logging and triggering alerts whenever a SNAP tunnel is created is also needed.
