I am trying to find when a drive will run out of space. I am running PA Monitor on a windows 2003/32 bit server. I run "generate ad hoc report", using report data type as disk space summary and the browser returns a HTTP403 error. My account has full access to the reports directory.

Hi Jo,

Please look in Settings -> HTTP Server Settings. Are you using any other filtering than the Server reports to everyone? Another item to look at is Settings -> Report Settings. You should see the machine name or IP in the box "Server name to use in report URLs" used in the links at the top. This should be machine name, or IP address, but not 127.0.0.1.

Thanks
Quinn
