I have configured actions to be fired according to a specific escalation. Can configure the resolved actions, so that they (or some of them) are only fired when a certain step in the escalation in the error actions is reached. Hi teamaton, Currently there isn't a way to send the resolved action only after the second step of escalation is reached. Those that use the resolved actions usually want to receive those actions at all levels of the escalation. We'll keep the idea in case we have more requests for something like that.
