I've put a manual maintenance period in PA 5.5 Ultra console for a disconnected satellite but the period is not listed so i cannot remove it if necessary. Is it a bug ? asked 12 Aug '14, 03:13 LPERSAT |
Hi Quinn, I've not been able to reproduce since last time so i cannot provide some screens. I don't have enough time for more tests at the moment so my question can be marked as solved answered 02 Sep '14, 03:16 LPERSAT |
Hi Lpersat, Would you please send us some screenshots of the steps that you are taking to put the maintenance period in for your satellite? support@poweradmin.com I have tried to reproduce the issue here but can't. Hi Quinn, I think it can be because the satellite was already disconnected when i put it into maintenance. The customer site monitored was shut down for holidays without warning us, so i've decided to use the new satellite maintenance to stop the numerous system alerts we were receiving. So i've setup immediate "one time" maintenance schedule for 15 days and after validating the maintenance record was gone tough active. answered 24 Aug '14, 16:01 LPERSAT |
Hi Quinn New investigation done with satellite disconnected or connected : "One time" maintenance disappear at activation. An item to manualy end satellite maintenance could be added to the satellite menu in a future Server Monitor release ? answered 26 Aug '14, 04:07 LPERSAT |
